Need Criteria for Enrollment

The parent including custodial adults and guardians and any other adult counted in the family size must establish a need by one of the following; Employed, Seeking Employment, Vocational Training, or Incapacitated.

Eligibility Criteria for Enrollment

To enroll in Supporting Future Growth program eligibility must be established by one of the following:

Family is a public assistance recipient

Family meet the median income as determined by California Department of Education, Family Fee Schedule.

Family is homeless

The family has a child who is at risk or abuse, neglect or exploitation or receiving child protective services through the County Social Service Department

Also to meeting eligibility and need requirements, to be eligible for services the child must live in the State of California while services are being received. Evidence of a street address or post office address in California will be sufficient to establish residency.

ASQ Online Parent Participation

Supporting Future Growth request that parents and caregivers of children complete the Ages & Stages Questionnaire (ASQ-3) and the Ages & Stages Social-Emotional (ASQ-2). ASQ-3 is a screening tool to help families keep track of their child’s development. The ASQ-2 is designed to screen for social-emotional development.
