Ages and Stages – Social Emotional Development

It is vital we ensure that our young children are equipped to navigate the complexities of their emotional well-being. The Social-Emotional Questionnaire (SEQ) offers parents a reliable tool to screen and identify the social-emotional changes in their little ones. This questionnaire is not just a formality, rather a powerful tool in unlocking the potential of young minds.

Early detection can make all the difference in a child’s social-emotional development and parent involvement is key in this process. By completing the ASQ SE, parents provide valuable information that enables teachers to tailor their approach and provide the best quality service for each child.

The SEQ is not just a tool, but a catalyst for positive change. It serves as a bridge between parents, teachers, and children, fostering a collaborative environment where young minds can flourish. Together, we can shape a brighter future for the next generation.

Distance Learning for Early Learning Care

“Distance learning” means instruction in which the student and instructor are in different locations. Distance learning may include interacting through the use of a computer and communications technology, as well as delivering instruction and check-in time with the teacher. Distance learning may consist of video or audio instruction in which the primary mode of communication between the student and instructor is online interaction, instructional television, video, telecourses, or other education that relies on a computer or communications technology. It may also include the use of print materials incorporating activities that are the subject of written or oral feedback.

Supporting Future Growth Teachers are required to check-in with families two days per week for assistance in distance learning. Parents can collaborate with the teachers requesting educational resources as are necessary for the child.
